We all know the media’s biased to the far-left, academia’s run by Trotskyite wackos, and librarians are card-carrying pinkos. Hence why finding right-wing books is about as easy as finding an innocent person on Death Row.
Even bookstores, meant to be organised around the profit motive, doggedly ignore the huge commercial appeal of books by conservatives. Try heading into one of the big bookstores today and buying an Ann Coulter, a Rush Limbaugh, or a Sean Hannity. “I’m sorry, we don’t stock evil American Nazis — but can I interest you in a fascinating new title on how Islam is the religion of peace?”
Liberals want to censor conservative ideas because liberalism can only operate in a vacuum in which debate has been banned, facts kept hidden, and nobody is ever — ever — allowed to talk about Chappaquiddick. (If, like most, you’ve never heard of this place, suffice it to say liberal Democrat Senator Teddy Kennedy had a swimming time there. Mary Jo Kopechne, less so. See http://www.conservapedia.com/Ted_Kennedy.)
So, to keep fellow conservatives up-to-date with the best right-wing reading out there, I’ve compiled a list. I’ll add to it as I discover new titles — if the Left doesn’t burn them first.
